This masterclass aims to deepen the understanding of human behavior and cognitive blind spots to solve social and environmental issues in the workplace. Participants will be able to recognize cognitive biases, discover available tools, and learn strategies to overcome them. This training allows companies to understand the obstacles to high-level engagement in resolving issues and to implement strategies for change, while financiers can evaluate the maturity and management of issues.
